First off, just to get this out the way – Spider-Man: No Way Home is hands-down the BEST Spider-Man movie and should probably land in the Top 5 MCU movies, so far.
If you or anyone else believes otherwise, then I’ll slap fiyah out your ass!

With that being said, this movie is mostly a meta-commentary about the struggles Disney/Marvel and SONY have been having with the movie rights to the Spider-Man character. Everything SONY did wrong with the previous Spider-Man movies, Marvel Studios doubled down and corrected every mistake. If you have been following the back and forth between Disney/Marvel and SONY over the past few years, then you’d immediately pick up on how that struggle/battle is played out in ‘No Way Home’.
Now, let’s get down to what I loved about the movie:
I love the fact that all the villains from the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield movies were played by their original actors. I thought that was pretty dope. I also feel that they got better characterization in the short screen time they each had in this movie than they did in their respective movies. I’m not saying that it was bad in the previous movies, but it felt more organic and personal. I would have really loved to see how Octavious would have turned out being a hero.

I feel that showing that the Tobey and Garfield Spider-Men were still not alright after the events of their respective universes was pretty cool. Being Spider-Man is a 24/7 job and things may not always turn out for the best. They were older and trying to make the best of their situations.
Goblin vs. Spider-Man, HOLY SHIT! That was the fight we deserved all this time. Goblin got to show off how devastating he is and why he really is such a problem for Spidey. In the comics, Goblin is just as strong if not stronger than Spider-Man. In the original Spider-Man movie, we got glimpses of it, but in No Way Home, Goblin’s true power was on full display.

MUTHAFUCKIN MATT MURDOCK!!! Although the scene was brief, it was awesome. Especially, the very end of the scene. I’m not going to spoil it any further. Letting you know that Charlie Cox is in the MCU is enough.
Way too many Easter Eggs, references, and call-backs in this movie to even try to mention them all. The coolest ones for me were the classic Electro mask and the Spider-Man Meme. Marvel wastes nothing.

My only issue with the movie is the end credit scene with Eddie Brock/Venom. SONY obviously doesn’t want to make money and the scene proved let it. Let me explain. So Eddie Brook/Venom end up in the MCU in the post-credits scene of ‘Venom: Let Their Be Carnage’. Then in this brief post-credits scene, Eddie/Venom gets teleported back to the SONY universe but leaves a piece of himself. SONY just needs to get out of their feelings and just let Marvel drive the money train. Everyone benefits – fans and corporate interests.
It would have made much more sense for Venom and Spider-Man to have actually met, they fight, the symbiote tries to bond with Peter and leaves a piece behind just as Brook/Venom get sent back to the SONY universe.
That’s all I got for now. There’s just way too much to process with this movie. I will be making subsequent posts as I dissect what I’ve seen.
