A friend brought to my attention that the Aladdin animated series was not on Disney+. I was surprised so I decided to find out why. I couldn’t find out exactly why Aladdin wasn’t on the streaming service, but I did find out why a lot of other content isn’t.

One of the more obvious reasons is that some of the movies and shows are still on other streaming services. For instance, Thor: Ragnorak is still on Netflix until that contract runs out. Eventually, every Disney property will be on Disney+, just not any time soon.
