The PS5 Showcase was today…and let’s just say it was a bit underwhelming. I watched it live and if you couldn’t tell by demeanor in our broadcast, you could tell I wasn’t enthused by anything that was “revealed”. Hopefully, SONY announces something that changes my mind. I wasn’t impressed.

Here is a list of all the reveals:

Final Fantasy 16 – I was not impressed. Looks like the most generic FF game I’ve ever seen.

God of War: Ragnarok – We knew it was coming. Too bad it’s not a launch title. This would have had me buying a PS5 day-one.

Hogwarts Legacy – I’m not a huge Harry Potter fan this one didn’t move me either.

PlayStation Plus Collection – pretty all the game you love on the PS4 but now available on the PS5 available via PlayStation Plus.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales – was announced months ago. We got some gameplay that looked nice, but it was the same as the Spiderman game.

Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition – Okay.

Resident Evil Village – CAPCOM will probably never stop making Resident Evil games, so again, another announcement that we felt was coming at some point.
