Kengan Ashura

First up is Kengan Ashura. It a blatant BAKI rip-off (which is also on Netflix and I highly recommend it as well). The dialogue is annoying to me, but the action and story are pretty good. It’s similar enough to BAKI to call it a rip-off but it also stands alone as something else.

Wu Assassins

Next is Wu Assassins. It’s a mix of Ronin Warriors (remember that classic?) and Iron Fist. In fact, it’s what the Iron Fist show should have been. The fight scenes are well choreographed and the acting is pretty good. The only thing I don’t like about the show is the scenes that take place in the ‘spirit realm’ are corny as fuck. Outside of that, if you like martial arts and fantasy then this is a must-watch.
